crash on launch i have been at it for two weeks

Make sure the windows compatibilty mod is disable
try to launch in administrator mode
make sure the dx12 is disable

its the steam version and when i go to properties it doesnt let me change that for some reason it doesnt even come up

now i disable dx12 in notes but it still crashes

its just prepairing game and closes that prepare tab and nothing happens

try to close all instance of ea in the task manager, and after launch him in administrator

@junior marten now were getting the game to open it instantly crashes

it also asks for me to give the game permission

im gonna eat its getting late and i still need a shower ill revisit tommorow

Are you sure your logged into the EA app

With it open when you launch

i have crush issues too but i get the chance to play the game at least 15 min

it happens both on vannila and kyber

have you tried reparing the c++ visual applications in the system settings - apps? Ive seen that can sometimes fix crashes like these

this happened to me a while back but ive got a new computer since then with a fresh windows install which seemed to fix it too.

I think the idea is to repair most of them as it could be related to the crashes, repairing them shouldnt cause any other damage since its not removing anything from your computer

u could try the command promt in windows

run as admin then

sfc /scannow

to scan for corrupted files

go to search bar left buttom the type command prompt run it as admin then type scf /scannow and wait for results

whats strange it launches the game closes the ea app the crashes the game and re opens ea
