My settings and starcards reset.

both should be correct
I tried replacing the files as said in the messages above didn't help tried doing it during the game that didn't work either
it always comes back to 1920x1080p fullscreen as well as auto graphical settings and some weird control settings oh and well starcards reset too
that's the path of the settings file which should be correct
if there's no fix maybe a reinstall of the game would help? I know it's a stretch

maybe it's pulling settings from the cloud? but then how do I disable that if origin has been discontinued

replace all 4 files with your backup
if it doesnt replace, then time the overwrite so it happens around 3 seconds after the kyber console starts but before the game starts

guess that means the backed up files still have the empty settings
open ea app and set all your settings again
then save it as backup

I found a solution
you gotta disable this
otherwise kyber won't be able to access that file
either for some people like me
or for all
idk
no matter if you open kyber with admin perms on or not it would not access it
