@hasty marten Hey, this should be way simpler than completely disabling Windows antivirus. Instead, have people try this:
Go to Win Security > Protection History > click on the recent item > Click "Actions" > then click "Allow"
When those steps are done, then have them retry the download. Should work right away.

Yeah I would have explained it that way but was on iPad so couldn’t really guide them through very well..
