Instant action on Scarif, friendly AI only spawns as Darth Maul

I am playing default settings on instant action in Scarif map and all friendly AI spawns in as Darth Maul. It sometimes happens with other maps but is consistent with the scarif map. I have tried messing with the Friendly AI hero count settings but didnt help. It seems as though they start out as normal troops at the first couple seconds then transform into Maul. Thanks

Why don’t you host a server and set a password on it? Better bots online

Are you using expanded or plus?

Take the AI logic from expanded and put it inside the bf+ collection - if using whole bf+ add the AI logic from expanded below or above bf+ collection

Use it with bf+ and you will have somewhat more fun with AI on all modes 😉

And more AI heroes at once spawning and will keep on spawning each death

Should have at least 4 or 6 ai heroes on each team

@midnight ravine And since AI a bit stuck with their programming on GA - I recommend using COOP

Way more fun and as they push you hard

Yeah and anyone can join in (above 4 players)

So tech a GA

But if you wanna have balanced teams (numbers wise) I recommend using PM turning point (with heroes) as the other one is bugged and don’t work

Right now you get 16-9 player/AI wise

Go to your collection and open it but don’t press the pen until you have expanded open as well

So you can scroll through it and just add the AI logic

To your collection and put it at least above the BGR+ Patch

That’s within bf+ or try adding it above or below bf+ complete collection

You will only have 2 heroes on the map

On example supremacy

Or the game crashes / don’t start

is there a way to play in a hosted server by yourself? cause it wants me to have another person to start the game, but i just want to be able to test out the AI

yeah

add a password

and press "start game" in the Kyber launcher (host windows)

but if you add bots it will autostart depending on which mode

the bad thing is that the ai on online supremacy doen't spawn on command posts only on default

i knew
don't use normal iao
you can use iao xl alpha and remove some mods of the bf+ collection like rebel skins and gameplay rework mods so it works good

also if you load only bf+ you can play Heroes vs villains on arcade
they use the instant action ai now there

also on offline you don't have ping if you are just going to play solo

I do that only in multiplayer as I plan on playing it with folks as well, and if its well enough for multiplayer then singplayer works to on hosted ^^

yeah you can play solo hosting a server but it is better playing on instant action / arcade to play solo
if you plan to play with ppl obv you host xd
i have some collections for that xd
