I checked if Xpad was loaded/active and yes it is. Linux detects the controller. tested xboxdrv, it doesnt change anything. tested xpadneo, it doesnt change anything. My linux user has all the perms necessary. jstest and evtest doesnt work. tried to delete hid_betopff, doesnt change anything. xpad is always there but controller buttons and joysticks never works.
