So here are my specs. Idk when my dad got this laptop, and for some reason, i guess he bought a laptop with no name or brand, which makes it harder for me to find the type of laptop it is other than the specs, but anyway, what i came here to ask: which linux mint version, between cinnamon, mate, and xfce, would be best for my laptop of these specs, because i plan on installing linux so my laptop can run more efficiently since I heard linux runs older laptops like these at fast performance, as well as programming and resources for language learning.

debina stable xfce or debina stable lxqt , linux mint cinnamon , zorin for animations , parrot os if interested in hacking
You can try debian gnome but idont know how it will go
and are you using ssd ? if yes then try
if you are using an hdd then first swicth to ssd sata or nvme anyone then install because hdds are literally just for string items cannot even run smoothly lite version of linux who need 512 mb of ram
I am using a ssd, but i plan on programming, like coding python or javascript on linux, and wont hack. I also am wondering about debian because i considered debian but a couple of people online say its not very hard bht also not really beginner friendly compared to linux mint,
Just go for linux mint without any doubt same interface as windows 10
Ok thanks
1 more thing if you don't know how to make bootable linux pendrive, how to install , partition of space then let meknow I will guide you step by step
Because in linux mint there is issue in which the grub bootloader failed to install
And your is has installed on you drive but you cannot access it because your bootloader is not there
So if you face this let me know
Oh ok thank you
