OS: Nobara, kernel 6.15.3

Hardware: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, AMD RX 6950 XT, B650M Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX mobo

Error and logs: This is the dmesg error I got when it tried to configure the Blue Snowball mic:

The mic also shows up on on lsusb -v, the text doc includes the logs of this.

Problem: The Blue Snowball mic isn't being detected in pulseaudio or alsamixer.

What am I doing: I literally searched each page with people who had the same issues but I couldn't get anything to work, none were really solved. I also tried changing the usb ports and even resetting the usb in the terminal but that didn't work. I tried to plug the microphone into my laptop which uses Linux Mint but it also didn't work there, didn't even show up on the dmesg unlike on Nobara.

#

Also, when I try to start it with the driver manager, it says this.

What happens when you try to run that script manually

Which one?

The array syntax is how parameters are passed programmatically, you would run the command by running pkexec /usr/lib/cfhdb/scripts/sysfs_helper.sg start_device....

#

It's all one command

You copied my typos, and ellipses

#

I was instructing you how to run it, not giving you a copy-paste. Mobile is not a good platform for me to do that.

You're missing two more parameters. usb and 7-1.3 regardless I just wanted to see if there was more information by running the command directly.

Here is extra info if anyone wants to help:

Update: I tested the microphone on yet another laptop, but this time it had windows 11 installed; it came up with the code 10 error. I may as well get another mic.

If anyone has cheap mic recommendations for Linux use, then please do. Thank you.
