If you click on the BIOS boot partition part from that page it will also show you the commands to create it. Create the 3 partitions that they recommend here, nothing more nothing less
I’ll put that one gig in linux filesystem
It needs 1MiB
This is what I have put
They also gave you an order on the site that lets you expand your / partition, but you won't be able to do that
I could repartition it again
But I think this is as good as I could come up with without tampering with the rest of the storage
You also didn't click on the link I told you to, so what you did won't work
oh, why not just remove that partition so you only have 3 partitions in the order that the wiki shows?
Removed the 1gig partition
Though I want to make them in order like 1,2,3
It’s ok with me to make it out of order
Made the order better now
Dumb question
Should I format the bios boot partition?
Formatted root and swap so far
Just needed to check if boot is needed to be formatted or not
It's not a dumb question actually 🙂 It's a smart question. No need to format it
If you're doing EFI the boot partition would be formatted, so it could be confusing
Welp, I'm out
wait actually it's BIOS for some reason

I think they were absolving themselves of providing further assistance. Nobody wants to have the scope of their assistance changed on the fly, you opened the thread starting you needed a BIOS boot partition, then after much assistance had been provided, you declared that you switched to UEFi.
If the hardware supports it, you should be using uefi anyway. It's been 12 years since it released, it's time to modernize.
