i'm going to try dnf upgrade, among other things it appears to update linux kernel, which should in turn translate to newer drivers
I'm unaware of other channels for upgrading graphic drivers on Linux
There isn't really any for AMD graphics. It isn't novideo (nvidia) where it is a literal clusterf*ck to deal with under practically any Linux.
The only other option for AMD graphics is the AMDGPU PRO driver, and that's not recommended unless you're dealing with stuff like ROCm.
