i don't think the issue is

hardware related

because

it detects the sound card

when i run pavucontrol, it displays all the sound devices and such

i enabled all the services that have to do with pipewire

Intel HDA Audio has many configurations that has literally no standard. The snd-intel module even accept parameters because of this issue.

At least once you get it working properly, it's usually decent enough for amplitude, unlike others like Realcrap, and such.. But, I generally replace onboard sound chipsets with external PCIe or USB sound devices with better sound chipset.

i was able to get audio working just fine on my bluetooth headphones but still no luck with built in speakers
