null issue

When trying to reset the custom rules on "Highlight items by slot" i receive the following error.

After this occurs i pretty much can't make any changes to the filter unless i hard refresh

had to make the save state public in the config. i was confusing poe public with FB public

There's a related issue. But it makes sense. Just should probably be handled better. If you click Delete on the last rule in that section you get an error as well
