Constitution XP feels outdated in its current design. Once a player reaches 200M XP, any additional Constitution XP gained is effectively wasted, while still reducing the amount of XP going into active combat skills.

This creates a frustrating experience where training combat feels less efficient for no real benefit.

Some possible improvements:

  • Add a toggle to disable Constitution XP gain

  • or Constitution XP should automatically stop once a player reaches 200M XP

  • or Rework how combat XP is split so Constitution is not always taking a portion

I've asked for similar, but the skiller community shot me down. They probably wouldn't mind if it's at 200m though XD

Just for my understanding, as someone who doesn't have 200M Constitution XP: Below 200M XP, if a mob gives – say – 400 combat XP and 100 Constitution XP, you get a 500 XP drop. Are you saying that you're getting 400-100=300 XP when you have 200M Constitution XP? Or are you getting 400 XP?

That is not how Combat XP is applied when defeating enemies.
Constitution XP is a secondary part to XP gain.

Enemies have a set amount of "Core" combat experience and Constitution experience they award, which the Wiki displays the amount per enemy.

This is similarly the same in OSRS where (most) enemies award 4xp per hit to the core style you are training and 1.3xp to HP.

HP does not take experience away from the Core Combat XP.

If an enemy says it awards 400 Combat XP, it also has a separate Constitution XP distribution.
If you have 200m Constitution XP, you still get 400 Combat XP from that same mob. You just don't get the Constitution XP as you are capped.

That's also my understanding. If it was the case that having 200M XP reduced your combat XP, I would consider that a bug.
