I really hope they don't make me choose between what i already have, and lifesteal.

Would much rather have it as an addable buff, that has no cooldown, but could also generate revenue for PVMers and remove currency from the game at the same time through GE Tax

I don't care as much about the specific Powder itself, as much as i do about not replacing my pocket slot, so i was really trying to dial in an alternative for my favorite aura.

This seems kinda broken without any kind of trade-off.

Why would you ever not use Powder of Vamp at any end-game boss ever?
