Garlic Sack: This allows players to steal from stalls and pick from NPC farms for a longer period of time before needing to bank the produce (saves inventory). This already works for other produce (potatoes, onions, cabbage, tomatoes, etc) such that several minutes go by without banking; Garlic Sacks would merely extend this benefit it to garlic (which is the only produce from a vegetable stall that cannot be packaged)

Garlic Feed: It would be nice to be able to feed animals at Ardougne Manor with garlic along with the other vegetables (grown or stolen)

Garlic Seeds: will benefit players who need garlic (cooking, animal feed, etc); also further justifies introduction of Sack of Garlic

In Lumbridge, the seed stall and vegetable stall are next to each other, got to steal to feed the bunnies at player owned farm. Yeah bank chest is right there, but my stealing throughput was sooooo higher with sacks/baskets
