Both. In the end it all comes to this that games proposes to skip the combat entirely or lower the difficulty.

I don't agree with this but something's definitely gone wrong to have OP go into this fight with no abilities on a revo bar. @halcyon mortar do you ever fight with melee outside the quest? If so, what happens?

Seems like I had an overraged moment due to mistake I made.
It's hard to switch sometimes between styles in various situations.
