MTX item for boss log but not actually get the drop

Quit RS because tons of IRL obligations. Now not so much. Resumed because I forgot I had premier.

Decided to Croesus. Just need one more item. I'd pay a bond just to get one logress in the next eligible rare drop. Don't even need the item so the economy can be safe for those who are concerned with economy.

Additional criteria can be added such as at least 1k boss kills. Cannot be used on bosses with completed logs. Must wear this expendable MTX item in inventory or pocket. Can function similar to those pokemon statue things that the player owned slayer dungeon uses.

Hate MTX? Okay then, make it a very long and drawn out process just to make one. Similar to the vase thing that stores all those extreme potion doses.
