add other skill dummy's to the crates

would be nice to have the option to select the other skill dummy's aswell, like with the protean stuff. now i gotta convert them which loses out on 1 per 3 dummy's

Jagex will be removing dummies in the future, since MTX items that disrupts gameplay core loop will be deleted.

well aware mtx/th is leaving, but this is a easy task/fix for ppl wanting the other dummies to train the other skills 🙂
