I think the primary reason you might be recieving downvotes; is majority of the playerbase is beginning to outright oppose the idea of Auras in general and just having them either fully available 24/7 or fully removed.

That would be if they were gameplay-effecting auras. These are particle effect auras, which are if anything even more unpopular (as confirmed by the recent MTX surveys). Jagex is even talking about removing existing cosmetic particle effects, because players are just so tired of seeing them.
I could see a comeback of Demonflesh, though. (Although it raises a pretty big lore question, since demons usually turn to ash when killed in Geilinor... implying this was made by killing demons on Infernus?)

the sakadagami trousers are like unironically the most despised cosmetic in the game, and to suggest reskins of it... I can't really see these going anywhere. I guess the first suggestion is alright if it's subtle

you know one of the best things about leagues. nobody using cosmetic overrides. majority of players dont want overrides. they look horrible and most of them look out of place.
