This is such a niche issue, but I just found an annoyance with the Al Kharid palace door. If you are pathed to open it, if someone else opens it then it cancels the action. But it auto-closes again so you need to click to open it again. You can't path through the door, you have to manually click it to open.

If someone therefore spams the door, it basically prevents getting out of or into the palace

Doesn't really make sense as to why the guards are hunting you down during the part where you have to get to leela, but then as soon as you've broken her free all the guards in menaphos just no longer care about catching you

most doors don’t auto close afterwards, and the ones that do allow auto-pathing through them. this one can be made unusable by real traffic, whereas most doors are just made unusable by people being malicious

I really like that the news quests sneaking puzzles had an optional route to tackling them via using well timed Prisms of Salvation to aid in the sneakery. Felt awesome to have the ability to use things I've unlocked elsewhere to be able to think outside the box and cast my way towards success. A bitta magical assistance goes a long way, and a wizard always sneaks in style. It didn't also cheese the puzzles, but instead was an optional tool to assist in completion. Really befitting an optional unlock that came in handy.

I don't have the slightest clue what that does. Probably Jagex doesn't either and it was unintentional; you are likely the first person to use that spell since it was released.

(Pardon my salt - I do not appreciate 'sneaking' puzzles. Toxic mechanic exemplified in Ratcatchers, and should never have appeared again after that)

Right, these are always buggy and never fixed, and just make a nightmare out of what should be a simple task.

The timings are also kinda goofy, guard can see through a table but not the transparent railing that's the same height as the table

Heh, and I found some pathing glitches where a guard would see and walk toward me but get blocked by some terrrain

I would try and walk one tile and the game would decide walking halfway around the area was better

but if I did the same path again it would work

the wiki's page for minigames also states
"Not to be confused with Distractions and Diversions."
so its not rlly an unpopular stance that they are indeed different

Is there a bug where the cats don't show up? I've spent 30 minutes in this tomb, and i'm pretty sure they don't exist. No yellow dots either.
