With the creation of Fort Forinthry and the upgrades that area is providing. It is a shame that the king of Varrock has let his city to waste away. Think its time to use that new founded construction skills to the test and renovate Varrock, more importantly the area south west. After all lots of destroyed buildings.

I knew Varrock was ghetto, but it seems there was an invasion or riot and ppl decimated tho buildings. I say we need to renovate West Ardougne! The plague has been over for years and yet West Ardougne and its people still live in slums and such. There should really be a quest or event in which the Kingdom of Kandarin rebuild West Ardougne.

As I recall, for a gamejam a few years back, a mod was looking into new guilds for all the remaining skills and I think they were designing the construction guild to be where those destroyed buildings are. Was hopeful that they would be able to get that project into the game.
