Agility is very meh to me overall compared to other skills. I think agility could give a combat passive to give more incentive to leveling. This passive would be a % chance to dodge a basic attack. This passive would strictly apply to basic attacks and nothing else. My initial thoughts leave me at 0.2% chance to dodge a basic attack. This % increases at increments of 10 levels up to the eventual level 120.

Level - % total
10 - 0.2%
20 - 0.4%
30 - 0.6%
40 - 0.8%
50 - 1.0%
60 - 1.2%
70 - 1.4%
80 - 1.6%
90 - 1.8%
100 (99?) - 2%
110 - 2.2% (2.4%)
120 - 2.5% (3%)

The totals in parenthesis are suggested increment boosts as reaching levels 110 and 120 require more time and effort.

No. We do not need more ways to avoid damage without engaging with a mechanic

we've had a suggestion like this before, my main feedback is the lower levels being totally insignificant, so a higher starting point with slower scaling would be better.

but past that, this might not be the way to go for agility, the skill needs a rework, but what that rework needs to consist of is beyond me
