seems like it doesn't really accomplish anything and certainly doesn't offer the depth befitting a skill. RS doesn't need mounts

Faster then the actual running Speed, I see this post as a brain storming 🙂 I just like MMO with Mounts 😛

running speed is 2 tiles per tick, 30% of that rounds down to +0
