#Type PIN vs clicking UI Buttons

Just gonna interject: the reason it's click instead of type is exactly because of security reasons
if you have a keylogger, they still can't get your pin if you have click-to-enter
this
I understand the frustration and security element to this, however, I’d like to see the need for the bank pin be removed in the future when using the official launcher with 2FA/Passkey.
Fair interjection however;
A category of malware out there exist that uploads a screenshot to the malicious actor's server when you click. 4 clicks, and your bank PIN is gotten.
There is an additional alternative out there by setting your Authenticator Code as your Bank PIN.
Unsure on how recommended it is as an option, but it is an option.
Finger print scan for quick access via mobile.
The saviest hacker in the world will find a way into your Runescape account and your precious runescape gps unless you are changing your 20 character long password every day alongside with all your other emails and social medias.
The click method is to prevent keyloggers. If you're worried about screenshotters then just ask Jagex to give you another password field to enter into your bank instead of a tiny 4 digit field that can be brute forced with number of tries. If you have full faith in your 2FA, just turn off the bankpin.
