I don't necessarily have an idea as to how it should be obtainable, but I don't feel the Rainbow Cape should be locked exclusively behind Treasure Trials.

I don't know how popular it is but why not have it available with Loyalty points?

Irons should be able to so much more than what they can right now. All tokens you should be able to right click - "Use" - on another player normal or iron and the game checks if they have it if not then it will auto unlock it for them.

Take tradeable cosmetics such as Rainbow cape, glasses, fox ears, tail, canes and so on. Give these physical items a right click option to "Convert to Token" in which case it can now be used on another player to give that token to them and the player can now click the item to get the physical copy of the item.
