Okay you usually do not Switch prayer all the time, but for some archievements you have to. So it would not be bad to have an easy way to switch it. And not everybody is magic 99 to use the cape to switch so please think about them.

And the cape lets you swap at bank, so putting that one on the stand for 'global' access is kinda silly.

There's already several features to do both in the game.
Players should have an incentive to do other content that isn't just bossing.

Would make the prayer cape worth having, though still not that much unless they start adding normal prayers that can compete with curses.

It would mostly be for the very few cases where Standards are required or strongly recommended, such as a Seer's Village achievement and Nomad's Requiem.
