Make (at least) the Superior version of the Scrimshaw of aggression work as an Aggression potion. (Multitarget instead of single target Aggression)

Edit: Because of only single target aggression of the Scrimshaw of Aggression, this Scrimshaw has a very small usage. The fact that it isn't as easy to obtain as Aggression potion, the effect should be at least as strong as an Aggression potion.

still no point aggre pots better and can take any pvm book which increase kills in hour

Yes, aggre pots are better AND easier to obtain, so Aggression Scrimshaw is harder to obtain and not as good... Thats the point. If an item is harder to obtain, why it shouldn't have a similar or better effect than an item that is easier to obtain...

The only point Scrimshaw of Aggression is better is, that you can stack up to 24 hours in one Scrimshaw. But without any reason to use it, thats useless.

Just got to camp mimic, they are generally used for combination due to the benefits - ie sacrifice combo more xp

Or a way where you can low key fsrm them
