Be cool if there was a book where we can add regular teleport tablets like Fally/Varrock tablets another for chipped teleport to house tablets, and even some for lunar and ancient tablets or something

Just like Dave's spellbook or the Menaphos and
Arc Journals.

Nah, there are books that you can add specific tablets to. For example, Dave's spellbook from Evil Dave's big day quest in this book you can add chipped tablets. Same with the arc and menaphos books, you can add teleport tablets to them
