Hard disagree. 2% should remain 2% no matter how high; the point of the GE tax is that it has no cap.

If you're selling an item for 100 billion coins, 2 billion coins lost doesn't mean much compared to you 98 billion you gain.

Making tax cuts for the wealthiest players in the game isn't going to help anyone but merchers and RWTers. Couldn't disagree with with this more.
