#Gilded Dye on TT

For years now I’ve put forth the idea that a good reward from TT would be ‘Gilded Dye’. Why? Well because ever since the conception of TT and it being known for its rare rewards, we’ve had the good old ‘Gilded equipment’ that being Helm, platebody, platelegs/skirt and Kiteshield. To me, it makes logical sense due to this and the fact we have Third-Age due to compliment the Third-Age equipment. Not only that, but gold is always synonymous with “riches”, heck back in the day people loved wearing Rune/Adamant(G), or trimming their Dragon armour with the ornament kit, even sometimes wearing Gilded armour itself. I have a picture of ‘Gilded dyed Malevolent’ which I posted on the forum years ago just a while after the TT rework and either just before or after the release of Ice dye. Yeah i considered it being medium, but more so along the lines of Hard, as that's where we first see Gilded items - and by extension elite/master since you get every dye from those

And it would be a rarity between Barrows and Shadow dyes respectively, thusly giving more value over Barrows, may even be more if people like the dye. So you're looking at 180m avg for barrows, 300M-500M Gilded and then 1B Shadow (for hard clues). So in essence, if you got a Gilded dye, you don't think "wow i got the worst dye for 180m, i could've just done even Vindicta for that money in a day or two vs probably around 500 hard clues to see a Barrows dye". It's a nice inbetween to fill that void of 800-900M price difference from Barrows to Shadow on Hards.

I assume this is the same person as on reddit but I´ll rephrase here again.

Support. We haven´t had a new reward from Treasure Trails in 5 years since the Clue Scroll Overhaul back in 2018.

It´s time for some new rewards either through a different tier or adding it to existing ones, just not through mtx like the aurora dye.
