The Fang of Mohegan is a unique summoning-related item that was previously obtainable through the Squeal of Fortune. It allows the wielder to, once per day, teleport to any summoning obelisk they have the requirements for (no sneaking into Priff). While this teleport is not a very 'special' function, it is technically an in-game functionality. As such, players who obtained this item before it was discontinued have access to a few unique teleports that cannot be gotten elsewhere in the game, no matter how small (example: a once per day Nature Spirit Grotto teleport - useful for clues; and technically the fastest way to get to the Monthly Statues D&D by teleporting to Pikkupstix).

Proposal: As the fang was previously an unofficial part of the summoning outfit, there seems to be an easy and quick solution to the problem (i.e. minimal dev time): add it to the Familiarisation D&D as a 7th reward item after the outfit has been obtained.
- Alternative 1: Allow players to create the fang - a bit closer to its original design, and reward the Squeal-currency used to make the amulet as a rare 'item' from making pouches, but it feels like that would require more dev time for a relatively simple change and such a niche item.
- Alternative 2: Add the teleports to the Modified Shaman's Headdress. It already has the Bogrog teleport (thrice a day), so it wouldn't be out of left field. It does mean abandoning what is probably an easier fix, and losing out on the cosmetics of having a cool fang necklace.
- Alternative 3: Add it as a 1/25 (-ish?) rare drop from Bork (1/10 (?) with Varrock Elite) - possibly with a recharge of the charm-doubling effect if it rolls again. Feels thematic from the Summoning Ork.
- Alternative 4: Leave situation as is. Would be unfair to new players, even if it is an incredibly niche item. Discontinued items with continued applicability beyond cosmetics simply do not feel fair.
