I don't really see the value in this other than completely destroying any remaining value in pure accounts for the last 5 PvPers in the game.

I actually think this suggestion would probably only affect a less than 0.1% portion of the game's player-base, and those few people would be affected negatively. It's a very clear "no thanks" for me.

there are so many benefits tbh.
ek-zekkil str pure being able to use SGS spec, nox spec, vesta spear spec, dba spec, gmaul, statius hammer, drag halberd

attack pures being able to use gmaul spec, ek-zekkil spec

low level magic pure/tank able to use guthix staff debuff, storm of armadyl, iban's staff, staff of armadyl spec

dark bow spec for 1 defence pures

it really opens up a whole lot for unique account builds
and of course it'd be something fun for skillers as well!

yes, i have a 90 defence pure (10hp, 1 pray) and a "third age druidic staff tank" 9 magic, 65 pray, 99 def, 99hp (and many other builds as well, but not a sum tank)

and no, I don't need sol spec on my 3rd age druidic staff tank, as i can easily base tank and have been doing so for the past year+, i just aven't been uploading much of that at all.

also got the daredevil title, (I easily base tanked a rewind, only used 3 sara brews) which means i've mastered raids basically

also i base tanked bm durzag on my 1 pray, 10hp, 90 def pure

which was crazy hard, and if this eof change happens then that crazy feat will actually be invalidated as basing bm on a 10hp acc with 90 def will then become easy tbh
