For a single use anti-tank/anti-heli type of thing? Sounds fine. Knowing oki though these are 100% getting placed everywhere or giving stupid amounts of reserve ammo if they get added

it would be a vehicle, and its not a lock on. just make it do limited damage to INF, and boom, most of the balancing is done.
