Fix the bullet travel audio

just spawn into a full server and hang out in the safe zone for a minute, you'll start hearing the bullet whoosh sounds

honestly, if you haven't noticed it, don't try to notice it. you will not ever stop hearing it

That is an old bug and it was fixed with rework of bullet pass by rework
