It feels like such an artifical mechanic too. Doesn't make sense, and isn't fun to deal with.

How about instead of killing everyone arbitrarily, you just lock that point for a while so that it can't be captured?

Plays objective mode, complains that you have to play the objective. play conquest if you want to flank people, the point of frontline is to keep people pushing back and forth for the caps.

So this is a game mode called Frontline that rarely gets played but has a very loud minority in this discord that loves it. What they want is 254 players running for 2 points. Which is why when someone said they can't flank they were basically told to just death ball with the rest. The game mode sucks conquest gets picked every time for a reason. And they should definitely have something to let people know the rules changed.

@velvet tapir I never said conquest doesn't have back and forth pushes just said that front line is the game mode designed for that and not really for flanking. Conquest can definitely have huge back and forth battles between objectives

If you play conquest this won't happen. Frontline has this mechanic to literally move the frontline when its pushed back.
