Close Quarters Battle gamemode would probbably work for this game since it has no shotguns it would be fun to play. More realism and player would have to actually be more careful because they cannot just go CoD style.

Frugis is pretty CQB tbh, might find it more on smaller servers

We already have CQC gamemodes, domination is one of them. Sadly they rarely get picked during mode/map votes. I hope that will get fixed once the game has more community servers, running certain gamemodes 24/7 etc.

but literally everybody and their mother votes for conq servers so u never get to play it except for first thing in the morning

The only times i play Domination is when the servers just start, rest of game is just conq or inf conq

You can use the filters in the server browser to view servers running domination but usually there are none. Matchmaking only gives you the option for server size, the mode you join depends entirely on what the server is running currently, and that can change when the next round starts depending on what people vote for (it's conquest most of the time).

That would make it easier for sure, but I still think the first problem that needs to be solved is having servers dedicated to certain gamemodes. What would probably happen is that you either sit in a matchmaking queue for 40 minutes because there are no servers running dom currently, or you find a server, play one round and then it changes to conquest and you have to look for a new server again.
