#Game Render Distance

in the training map how far can you see the targets before the targets stop appearing on your screen. that is max visual range for everyone
i think it like 1000m, maybe
also not 100% sure but it might not be realistic to increase that when you 257 people in the game. i would imagine that would increase the load on the servers they will be renting which could be significant.
6x scope
i said with scope i have normal lod
20x scope looks like 1300m is max render distance
you want more detail in a low poly game?
yes
i want to burn my 12700kf and 3090

nah i just wanna see buildings better and enemies
listen i want this game to run on a potato. if after the game release someone want to set expensive hardware on fire go ahead
i want more people to play. get this working on a chrome book and tell kid how to bypass their school restrictions on the laptop to download the game and play. we will be the next battlefield
geforce now
geforce now is gpu for you?
nvidia is hosting pc for you to play games
but if the computer had a gpu in it it would download geforce with the drivers if it didnt need the download it wouldnt have it
oh i can't send links
they have gfn on chromebook
like i said
because it is android
so you can dowland gfn

ok here
you can do this
if the school puts a lock on the laptop so you cant just add whatever you want since its a school laptop and children use it so they are more locked down. they dont typically leave stuff like that on there for buisness computers so why would they do it for school laptops. thats what i meant
you can game with gfn
bro. im saying you have to be able to download it first
SCHOOL LAPTOP. are you dense
man go to geforce now website
oh yeah
if they have blocked nvidia website
or deleted gfn acces
then yeah
you can't
but i think game would benefit from allowing higher game render distance but thats only my feeling
i would be cool with that as well i just think it would require too much server processing power.
for 257 people per server
256
the games we play are hosted on a server
because 128v128
im bad at math
oki is renting servers to host the game so everyone has a stable connection.
i don't know if it's server sided or it is client sided
i know
but i think it is client sided
yeah
to run 256 game
if rendering is client sided i see no problem allowing player to increase it
ok let lord oki decide, i wasnt saying no
should i add suggestion?
