• Capture the flag, but flags in the center of the map and you have to bring it to the enemy base
• Counter strike

If enemy doesnt lose, do the whole thing again until someone wins

Its not because singleplayer is better, but because multiplayer is harder to make. There is less competition in multiplayer indie games, so your game can gain more attention than another single player projects where there is already ton of them.

Every popular indie game is a single player. But not every single player indie game is popular.

Bbr initially was a multiplayer project, and even when I wish we had a singleplayer or at least the lore, I know that it would take a lot of time to make and devs would focus on it rather than on a multiplayer base of the game that gained a lot of hype and pushed the development of this game even further.

Looking through some old footages on devs channels, you can clearly see some of the cutscenes and intros to the BattleBit release, and they are so poorly made that its just funny. If we had a singleplayer, most likely it would be a failure.
