I do not like how over time, maps in this game tended to become less linear. I think linearly structured maps are more fun as it's not a constant circular rotation of everyone, and there's time to fortify and make meaningful flanks

Its 50/50, not to mention the changes that made defending points and preventing circular gameplay utter shit
On one hand the linear maps that we do have suffer from either being 90% empty space, backcapping being pain and/or for whatever reason needlessly having too many sniper spots

On the other, the circular thing is less common

Honestly the problem of non linear maps would be lot less prelevant if we could actually fortify the point and giving some incentive to actually stay at a point
