I need some opinions. I’m making some blue prints for a payday esque game that’s better in every way though. In my blueprints I have 6 classes, I have the medic, spy, ninja, soldier, demo, and hacker. Do you guys have any other classes that you could come up with?

I’m thinking I might add like a locksmith class, but I can’t come up with ways to make it balanced with the rest of the classes. I don’t want the class to be as useful as “I can open safes.”

Because they don’t do the same thing. The spy’s ability is to be able to put on the outfit of another person and take their place depending on the outfit, kind of like the hitman games, but the ninja class is more splinter cell coded, with his ability of having a suit that gives only his class invisibility in shadowed areas, where as every other class only get 80% invisibility, meaning they could be spotted if a person looks at them straight on or gets too close.

Think of each class like a role in DnD. They all serve different functions in the team with their own down sides that make teamwork a great asset to balance it out. It’s meant to incentivize getting a group together to pull jobs.

I could be misunderstanding what you’re suggesting because it’s late and I’m stupid tho.

But yeah I’m hoping the devs will bite once I show them my work. I put a lot of research into finding a good indie devs that would mesh well, and the two guys are really good fits, they’re absolutely my top pick. They have experience with FPS games and battlebit already has a lot of the features I want in my game, so they could take a lot of their code from that game and reuse it for this one, meaning at least a quarter of the job would be done just from signing.

Medics have not exactly kept up with the buffs of other classes and other changes. His revives are only marginally faster, his medic box doesnt heal very fast
and when dropped it has barely any use
Ive proposed this months back, but making it so that his medic box can resupply bandages when dropped and giving him antinades would greatly benefit him, as well as other tweaks
