higher resolution just means there is more pixels and you need higher bitrate, but CQP is quality based control so not really any changing needed between resolutions
also the example of fast vs slow games is very important for streaming, streaming fast shooters at 1080/1440p is impossible only cause it would take a lot of bitrate to not make it look trash, so while you can stream cardgames at 1440p/6000kbps you can't do that with fast shooters like overwatch or games like bloons/vampire survivors
those games are usually streamed at 936p/6000kbps
basically its about how many pixels change color each frame, if a scene is largely static is requires less bitrate
