XP farming is deliberately exploiting game mechanics create an environment to farm xp. Not just optimally playing the game.

Think of parties in which one person keeps killing themselves and a friend keeps reviving them, in a loop for example.

To some extent, XP and levels keep players engaged in the game when they have something to grind and do. That's why I'm a fan of various XP systems, which provide e.g. weapon charms or some visual elements of armor (outside of levels). Another example: cap 1000 points to get additional badge on the armor etc. The description of the ban should simply be more precise, but you are not wrong, ofc 😗

I don't know I don't think having the weapon from lv1 is that much of a problem, because at some point everybody will be max level (specially if they don't prestige)

and M4 is also lv1 and very strong

I do think it'll evolve like BF3 ending by having the M4 becoming the BF3 M16A4
