It's simple. Tighten the cof/spread/choke so much like an IRL shotty that it takes SKILL to aim.
Allow them to OHKO, the way they work is fucked by armor anyways so you'll face 2shot kill in the majority of situations.
If you don't 1 shot kill your TTK goes way higher than any other gun in the game with your at most like ~200 rpm with a semi auto shotty and ~60 rpm with the Remington 870

and IMO the SSG is way more hated than it deserves. its one of the quietest rifles when suppressed, and its runspeed is no joke either

Are there any scenarios where you play for spots that pot you outside that 900m range that makes every hit a kill?

SSG sadly isnt capable of doing 100+ damage at max range, even with ranger barrel. its part of the reason i dont bother with the ranger barrel on it lol

i think its the only sniper rifle that cant do 100+ damage with the ranger barrel 🗿💀

Yeah I heard m200 was so much better than all the other snipers and didnt find out that isnt really true until I wanted to play with a sniper after prestige.

Yeah for sure, but getting nerdy with it If the difference is 900ft and 1100ft/s at the average engagement of a sniper on most maps (like 300m?) is where it just feels slightly faster, but isnt that much more effective if you're used to using a slower sniper. At least I cant perform any noticeably better with the m200
