I just bought a server but I don't see it here, why?

Could you try logging out, then log back in using the account you were emailed after purchasing the server?

There should have been a Games Panel account emailed to you after purchasing the server. Try finding that account in your emails and log in using that.

You'll receive the emails to whatever email address you used when you bought the server.

Assuming since you just made the purchase that the billing panel is signed into the account, try on https://games.bisecthosting.com to use the "Login via Billing Panel" button.

But ultimately, Rooder has it right about shooting us a ticket/email so we can get that email fixed for you.
