well simply what sent was the logs from the console that said that server crashed and the last thing it stated before stoping the launch of the server was that the Voice chat mod couldnt load due to the port and IP

I checked the snippet you posted that the bot grabbed, if you want to share logs just uploading the latest.log file would be best to prevent that! :)
Seems voicechat isnt configured correctly yet and trying to use a port thats already being used for something else ( most likely the main port ). Which voice chat mod/plugin are you using?

You can follow the steps from the support article, simple voice chat is super easy to configure!
Simply head to the network tab, choose one of the available ports (that isnt the top one), then put those numbers after the : in the config file and start the server
