the top of that log says you're missing a bunch of dependency mods., install them and you'll be fine.

where did you put the mods? where did you get the mods? most of them will be on your local copy. so it's easy to get and upload to the server.

according to the log, the mods are still not there.

yes, start from scratch, download the app. the watch my video and make a fresh server pack. delete the mods folder on the server. follow my video.
