Console staying in a starting phase.

Installed a mod yesterday and everything works fine. The console stays in a starting phase and I cant use the console for any commands because it says server is starting mean while the server is running. Is there a way to fix it? Before the mod there would be a line that says hytale server started. Now with this mod it says the same thing but im unsure if the console is registering that it actually is started. Any fixes or ideas to fix this?
