Hi there!
I've been here for almost 4 years and I havent seen the price increase in that time as far as I can remember.
I wouldn't expect that to happen now, and definitely not to the point of doubling in price. If a price change ever does occur at any point, the TOS states you'll get at least a 30 days notice so that the price won't increase until the next billing cycle, leaving you free to cancel in time.

thats great news, i wanted to open a server with me and my buddy, and since i have no experience with this do you think a 3gb server memory is fine?
no mods
the game is for vintage story, if you heard of it
(just as a small disclaimer that there's no way for us to guarantee if the prices will or will not change, this is just my best guess!)
thats understandable as long as we get a visible notice im fine with it
Seems like that should be alright yeah!
Nice i appreciate the help, but now ive read something interesting (last question promise).
Here it says if we dont pay in time the server gets suspended for 3 days and after 7 days is terminated. By termination does it mean delete data? or just unavailable.
So lets say the server is stopped, does the game data stay if i proceed to re open it in the future?
Deleted
So download the world before the time runs out if you do cancel, so you can upload it again later.
On termination, data is deleted.
If you cancel nicely, your data is stored for 7 days after your server is fully cancelled (but not accessible by you, only ticket staff)
@ripe rune what if i backup it within the website?
backups are just part of your files for bisect when it comes to storage after stoping
