So I’m making a Minecraft Java server and I wanted to like restart the world to add the mods with structures. I factory resetted it thinking it would just restart the Minecraft seeds, but now there is only like 4 files and the server can’t launch. I literally have no idea what to do and I’m sitting here stressed. I tried using ChatGPT but it made it worse, so I would appreciate any help.

You need to add the modpack and then just delete the world.
If you're using datapacks, then clear the world folder of everything except the datapacks folder.
Also, ChatGPT has never provided a useful answer for Bisect's services.
I only have these files, which makes the server not able to launch
and how do I delete the world?
@tardy spruce
Then you need to reinstall whatever you were using.
how?
Under the Minecraft Tools section is where you select the modpack/modloader to load your modpack on/etc.
It will have the controls to pick what you want and/or reinstall what is currently selected.
Since it appears that the basic stuff was deleted, yes...?
How did you install everything before trying to reset the world?
Stop.
I wanted to reset the seed
Answer the question that was asked.
I mean
How did you install everything that was there before?
Then that's your problem - nothing should have worked if nothing was installed.
So start by installing the modpack or, if you're bringing your own modpack, the modloader the pack runs on.
I’ll just give you an explanation.
basically I just bought the 8gb a few minutes ago like 10-20 and I’m trying to get everything set up. I was trying to set the perfect seed so I decided to delete the world: factoring reset
but now
my launching Minecraft files are gone
and I have no idea how to get it back
And I have told you.

You aren't stupid, but you definitely are not reading/listening. Maybe a break to reset the brain would help?
