Hello so i tried to log innto my billing plan again but gave me this error

make sure you are using the billing plan login and password on the billing login page and not the gaming panel login and password.

the username and password is different for the 2 pages.

I should have the same password and email

Where can i check the passwords and emails

unless you changed things, the initial welcome email has the details

Just for clarity: the welcome email has the details for the control panel. That won't work for logging into the billing panel like this user is. The billing panel login is created when the server is first purchased by the user themselves :)

If you click the contact support button there you can make a ticket and ask ticket staff! They'll have you sorted out quickly.
For future reference please make your own support thread next time instead of replying to one that's somebody else started for completely unrelated issues 💙
