Bruh.. Can't send medal, okay uhhh so basically the server is restarting/crashing very often, no idea why or how and idk if the server has any tab to see crahs logs, its happening very often and id like to know why

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
(Do not send over any logs ending in .gz or we will not be able to assist you)
If your server is in a crash state (the server stops itself), please also attach a crash report, which can be found at the following path:
1. Open your server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'crash-reports' Folder
3. Select the latest crash report by date/time and send it over Discord to this channel.
These files are required for debugging so, please send them over before requesting further assistance. No assistance can be provided without the files. lastest crash log was in 9th of february at which time said issue didnt happen, there isnt any crash logs of today

im using otherworld from luna pixel (they re affiliated with yall)
i have 12 ram which has been able to support up to 7 people
theres 5-6 people on right now
i only reached 8 people at the same time once and server didnt crash

I'd suggest reaching out to support and have them take a look! They can actually access the server files etc to dig a little deeper :)
